Yes they ARE REEF SAFE!!! He was in my FULL mixed reef tank for a few months and NEVER knocked or moved any corals, he did nip at small crabs/inverts, but didn't eat coral or move rocks!?

it's generally not "reef safe" but actually depends on the individual fish....

i have a puffer that's "NOT reef safe" but it's such a pu$$ycat, it doesn't even touch shrimps, hermits, corals, etc.... only eats flakes lol

so yea it can be reef safe

lol I meant small snails/hermits, he doesn't mess with my peppermints, cleaners, or fire shrimp! And I thought Reef safe meant they wont eat or harm corals? He was fine in my FULLY stocked reef tank, just kept picking at my blue hermits. I already have too many fish and he was the last addition so he needs a new home, PRICE DROP $20!!!!!
