Hi, how often do your Inkbird failed? I'm in the reefing hobby for only 2 years and 8 months, but already have 3 fails on my 2 tanks . Just wondering if that's the expected fail rate.

wow...i've had mine for 5 years......dont these come with 2 year warranty?

I had one with two heater option, and it was good for 3+ years. I took it offline and still have it somewhere. I bought another with the heater and cooling option and that went bad quickly (less than a month in use). inkbird replaced it, but i never put it to use. i still have that somewhere.

Do you know Is it the controller or the probe?

I think many have advised against the WiFi version

Yeah, all of mine are wifi version. And I don't know if it is the probe problem, will check it after getting home. And I know the temperature for sure is not that high since thru the ring cam, I see that all my corals and fish are OK.
