Iphone 5

Great news guys,

Ordered an iphone 5 through ATT on 11/05/2012 and when I checked today, 11/08/2012, it is processing for delivery.

First thing to do when I receive the phone is to switch "off" imessage and "off" on find my friends or locate my iphone so that my wife would not receive my text and be able to locate me at will.

Good luck getting it...mine said processing for 21 days before it changed to "backordered" for a week then back to processing and 5 days later I got it.

ATT sucks...will never order through them again.

That's when you wait for a week before the announcement of the iphone 6 and you give the iphone 5 to your significant other.

Done that with the 4s. I waited to find out when the announcement for the iphone 5 would be and a week before that, I gave my 4s to my wife.

I'm happy (if you know what I mean), and my wife is happy to get the phone.

It works like a charm everytime.

Got it last night. It looks great. Much better than the 4s. Will post pics after work.

Only thing that bothered me is the UPS driver left the box in front of my door while I was at work so it was seating there for a good 4-5 hours under the porch light, good thing my neighbors are an old couple. At least leave it somewhere more discreet next time.

FYI, If you ever need to order an Iphone, place the order at 10pm, select in store pick up and you will be able to pick it up next day at the Apple Store. Great way to avoid the shipping delays.

Tried that. It always said unavailable so I ended up ordering through ATT.

Wow, I tried it last night and it showed availability at 6 different locations.
