Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the aquajapan tank manufactures. I've had my tank running for a little under a year now and it has a slight leak at the build head. I've replace the bulkhead 2 times and have put silicone on it aswell. I think the leak is coming from the back acrylic piece not being properly silicone onto back glass. I think water is getting behind the acrylic. This is why new bulk head fitting arent working and why silicone isnt working. I can see a slight gap between the back glass and acrylic.

Where did you buy it? Whoever sold it must be a distributor and probably has the contact info or can contact them for you. A LFS sells them here but when talking to them it sounds like it's tough to get customer service from the China manufacturers, specially as an individual.

If it’s leaking from bulk head then it’s not the tank. Any pics of what’s going on?

Originally It was bought from a wholesale person but the tank was to big for the person and sold it to me before ever installing. It was still packaged with no signs of being installed. You can see that the side that has the leak is separating and the side that is dry is not. I've replaced the bulkhead already and replaced the rubber ring multipe times. I've silicones the hell out of it but the leak continues. This is the only thing I can see that is causing the leak.

Is it leaking from the bulkhead, I imagine these use metric sizes
Yes it is leaking from the bulk head. I believe the water is entering from the separation and since the bulkhead sealing ring is in the acrylic side there is no way of sealing the tank.

Get a thread thread bulk head and put the flange end on the outside of the tank. The flange end does not have to be on the inside

This is your best bet. I'm guessing you have an external glass overflow box and the full back wall has an inner acrylic panel with teeth cut for the overflow. With the flange and gasket on the outside it will stop your leak.

That's what I'm planning to do if I cant get them to warranty the tank. If this silicone is already failing who knows what can happen in a month or a year from now.

I can't tell a thing from your pics. What is the back acrylic peice? Better pics would help a lot.
Do you have an external overflow held on by bulkheads. Silicone does not adhere to acrylic very well. Also silicone should not be needed on bulkheads, as it acts as a lubricant letting the rubber washer compress more and squeeze out. You can use foot powder or even a little flour dusted on the area to make it easier to determine the exact source of the leak.
