What kind of worms? I'm pretty ambivalent about quarantining leopard wrasses because they're so sensitive, but that shouldn't be an excuse. Just make sure you have a tupperwear with sand and a large enough QT. I usually treat with Prazipro after a week in QT and observe for any other diseases.

Internal worms...my wrasse is already in the dt and its eating both frozen and pellets
If internal worms is all you are worried about keep an eye on its poop. If it's whitish then treat, if not then don't worry too much about it. If you do need to treat for it or just want to treat for peace of mind you can always treat your display tank with prazipro. It's reef safe. Just don't feed your fish the the day before you treat and feed sparingly during treatment because it does require you to turn off your skimmer and monitor frequently.
