I think it's crazy how the moderators and sponsors are calling the forum users a low baller. Whatever happened to don't ask don't get? Not everyone here has money to just throw everywhere. Or should I say, not everyone here has savings set aside for a hobby.. That is what this is right? Simply put, a hobby. People have their own lives to live, families to provide for. A tank (an ecosystem on its own) is not everyone's world. A deal is a deal. If you don't ask, you don't get.

Everyone here loves the reef tank, which is why we took the time out of our day to set up a tank, ask questions, answer questions as well as join the community.

I live life with a "what goes around, comes around attitude."

I think it's extremely unprofessional that sponsors (shop owners) as well as forum moderators calling users lowballers. Who cares if he is asking for a discount? I'm sure many of us have asked people for a better price.. After all how do we know it's only been used once? The fact that it is used should make it discounted (which it is), but if the consumer thinks it still is an unreasonable price, he will ask for a better one (which he indirectly did). After all, the worst case scenario, the seller states that price is firm...

This is in fact, still for sale (correct me if I'm wrong).
