METEOR SHOWER coral question.

Does anyone know why a year old colony would suddenly start to receed? its as if its slowly dissapearing?
Any help would be great

Water quality? or Over skimming maybe lack of nutrition? Corals do die though also

Ya, im pretty sure it was the kH. its at 11. should it be around 12-14?

Less than 9 is the best! If it be around 12-14 all your corals will be white.

mine started to receed then i read somewhere that told me to target feed some phyto at night.. after a week its started to grow again.
