Today is my bday so I decided to treat myself.
Now that I have gotten my Kalk dosing and water changes down to a science, I wanted to venture out with a new SPS piece.
I have had a nice flame Monti for about a year and a half and i brought it back from the throws of bleached death, to a nice baseball size in that time.
Today, I found an AWESOME new store in Orange, Ca called Amazing Aquariums and Reefs.
It's over about a half block from Pacific Reef in Orange and it blows their selection away.
I don't know if the owner is a member or not, but Ali (sp?) had probably the widest selection I have ever seen of Acans. You name a color combo, he had it. As well as some nice Clams.
I picked up a really nice pocilliopora in green, and when I got it home found out it had broken in two pieces so i guess it kind of fragged itself.
