Yes, any organism would be stressed from just being put into the tank. Give the anemone a week to adjust and the see what needs to be done. Also watch to see if it moves because sometimes they will let go in the middle of the night.

When I put him in last night, he was on the top of the rock... this morning, he was on the bottom of the rock upside down LOL... been wide open all day too.

He threw up this morning... slimy snot with a little brown stringy in it...
took a pic after I sucked it out with the turkey baster...

Try to keep your water really good for them.
Also try to be patient, I know it is difficult, but try to be patient with it.
My RBTA hid under the rocks upside down in the back of my litle cube tank for over a year before it finally decided to come out in the open to be seen.
It then took almost another year before my black osc. clowns decided they could use the anenome as a home.
