These just came out recently, so there isn't much info. on them yet. They do look pretty promising, but I don't know if it will fit your nc12. Price is pretty good.

I made one using the basics of his design instead of using an air stone I used a powerhead works great

I have an OG 12g nano with the 4 chambers in the back. Does anyone recommend or know of a skimmer i can use?

You can get a CPR Bak Pak skimmer. The only thing that needs to be in the water is the pump.
