Hit them up on IG or Facebook. Looks like they are really active on those platforms, they just posted something yesterday.

Thanks, sent messages to both social medias and waiting for a response. If somethings going on with him, he should have a backup for his email box. Although the pricing is cheaper directly from his website, looks like buying from Amazon or the other vendors is better for returns and exchanges.
