Anyone ever deal with Sicce customer service?I bought a brand new Geo CARX. A few months in the pump ceased. I took it apart and cleaned it with citric acid and got it going again. The problem now is that it over heats the water. Geo told me to take it up with Sicce so I filed a claim with them. I’ve been trying to get this taken care of for over a month! Last I heard was that they were going to “look into it deeply”

Just wondering if anyone had a similar or better experience.

The problem I’d the pump. I ran it in a 5 gallon bucket. This is with the pump not running

This is with the pump running for 24 hrs. It pegged out the thermometer and the water felt really hot.

They take forever. You’ll be dealing with Italy in regards to time response. It took them 2 months to fix my account connection to my pump.

If it’s been a few months, geo should take care of it. They should not be handing you off
I agree. I can’t believe that these “high end” companies have worse customer service than the low end ones. I had an issue with an icecap skimmer and coralvue sent me a replacement pump right away

I’d make a stink. Aquamaxx replaces sicce pumps all the time. Part of doing business. Sicce does support. Hydor and Tunze are great.

Yup Geo should take care of it.
I had a Sicce pump go bad on Me Right before The warranty expired, and the lfs I bought it from gave me a new pump, of course with the original receipt in hand.

I'm dealing with sicce customer service right now in regards to a SDC 9 pump. Email response is 1 reply per day. They could email me at 10am pst, I reply back at 11am pst, but I won't hear back until the next day. I guess it is what is it. It's not an urgent thing for me. If it was I wouldn't be so pleased.

Yeah, I got that too. Then they go days without a reply and ask for the same stuff I’ve submitted already.

Looks like Sicce finally stepped up!

Emailed Geo and they never responded.

I made a comment on a Facebook post by Sicce saying that I wish they had better customer service. I was reached out to right away and I explained what happened. The guy said he might have a solution but he was about to board a flight home and that he will reach out to me as soon as he lands. A week goes by an I don’t hear anything so I sent him a reminder email yesterday. Today, he put me in touch with the right person and after a couple short emails they’re sending me a replacement pump and apologized for the Italian team going back-and-forth for over a month to get this resolved.

Are you talking with people in the US or Italy?

Got my new syncra 3 today! So I guess when you have to open a claim with Sicce, don’t go through their website. Reach out to them on Facebook.
