Is your ATO water level higher than your sump? If it is, there is chance it is syphoning. I drilled a small hole in the tubing (near the inside top of ATO, with hole pointing down), this acts as syphon break when the pump shut off.
I see. Where do you put the osmolator nano sensor? And when your tank water level is higher....is it way over the float sensor? If it is, then the sensor is probably bad and needs to be replaced or cleaned. I would clean the sensor to make sure it floats freely.
Also, did you buy it new or used? It seems the osmolator nano has an adjustment in the controller where you have to adjust the jumper inside the controller for tanks under and over 100L. You can check the manual on the setting.

I would try to find a reefer nearby who may have cipro to spare. Make a new thread asking for some nearby, and I think someone local to you will be able to spare some.
Good luck with saving your torches. I've been through torch melting episode and it sucks. Mine is still barely recovering from the last time.
When I dipped my torch in cipro, I did it daily for 2-3 days. I also sucked up any brown stuff with a turkey baster. If the head was too far gone, I dremel cut it off and tossed it.
Forgot to mention that I also did a in tank cipro treatment as well.
dipped twice so far, a few of the torches are looking fat this morning with lights off. Frogspawn was fully recessed and I thought that there was 0 chance they were coming back, 90 percent of the tissue was gone and it was fully sucked in. This morning all of the heads were poking out... Going to do the third dip today, KFC looks like it works wonders but I don't want to jinx anything yet
Thank you again to @joeoliver for saving me
Finished 3 days of KFC dips, now doing in tank cipro treatment for a few days. Majority of the torches are looking very plump, zoas are opening up again (strats survived), goni is bigger than I've seen it in the last month. Hopefully things continue to come back
thanks for the update. Richard gave away icp tests at the meet up this weekend. i got one but think you should do it. it'll help get you back on track, and also curious what things look like after what you went through. maybe we can meet up this week.
Almost everythings opened now, making a comeback. One small cotton candy torch did melt away after treatments though. Corals are scattered everywhere right now since I just want to get them healthy again before making the tank look good
Also switched to 2 part a few days ago and dialed the dosing in, dosing brightwell restor for the time being on my old doser.
went to RAP yesterday,
got 10 cerith snails (mislabeled, turned out to be hermits), 5 nass snails, and a tuxedo urchin (dead)
also a frag of some utter chaos zoas, hopefully i dont accidentally squash these ones this time
I also got a free bag of TDO from reef nutrition
Went to CK fish world today and picked up a short spine urchin
Corals and anemone have been doing well, just tested today and alk was at 6.8, I'm taking it as a good sign that the corals are recovering from the scare that happened a few weeks ago since they're upping their intake
Haven't been touching this tank much due to college apps/school but it looks like it's doing well so far
