What wrong with my snail showing its foot.

It just flips backwards and shows his foot. Hope it is not dying. It's not against the glass or anything.

Is it just that one snail that’s showing this behavior?

Not sure, I have two turbos, not sure it's the same one. It did that before in one tank, so I moved both of them to other tank, and it happens again after about 1 week.

how long have it been like that and is it responsive? does it retract if you touch the foot with something? move it to the glass and see if it start moving again. in my experience if it's responsive then you're fine but if it's not then prepare to remove it

Possible culprits, too high temp, high magnesium, wrong salinity or heavy metals. Most turbos do better in cooler water in general.

It's alive, I can see some tiny movements with its eyes or foot. My other kind of snails are okay, just the turbo ones showing its sexy foot. I haven't seen one dying after showing its foot yet, so probably something in the water is not right for its liking.
