WTB Chaeto or Mangrove

Whats the difference and what is the best thing to have to get rid of phosphates? Im thinking I have a spot for this stuff where my overflow feeds into. Please be located somewhere between buena park (work) to LB (home).

that's where we get all our mangroves... at one time i had 42 in my 90... i started taking out some little by little until they all started growing nicely... also... they will make your protein skimmer work less... srsly...

when the light is on for the mangroves, the skimmer stops working...
