I agreed. Contact Ecotech support is the best bet. They have good customer service.

yes it was running fine and the fan was never a issue when i had it running it was never loud or anything just came home and the lights were off with the fan spinning loud. But yes i’m have it unplugged for a while and try to use it back again in a day or two if nothing then i’m send it in. I believe it still has warranty fingers crossed!

Hopefully you can get it repaired/working? For those looking for another light that's better than Radion and at a better price point, I would look into Reefi Uno Pro 2.0
These lights are no joke and I would buy them over Radions all day long. If I ever went all LED again, it would be Reefi, Quanta Pro and Kessil (for shimmer/contrast)
