fancy goldfish and koi don't mix well man... the shinbunkin do... but i wouldn't because once the koi grow, they will need to eat bigger sized food..y ou don't want to keep feeding flake or small sized pellets....

look for some wakin... i remember ATA fish in artesia always had some nice ones.... they're awesome...

Planted all the taro, papyrus, cat tail, and placed the lilies yesterday. Also added 6 hi fin sharks to the pond to help with the algae along with 10 Japanese trapdoor snails.

kind of tough to get good pics of the koi but the wife and daughter went crazy picking them out, plan was to get 2-6 more and we walked out with 11 more, totaling now:

14 koi
24-30 fancy goldfish/shubunkin
100+ fancy guppies (breeding like crazy)
handful of tetras
leopard pleco
3 large turtles
2 medium turtles
6 tiny turtles

so stocking is 85-90% done other than a few specifics I still want (sturgeon, bitterling, flagfish etc)
