Mmarro fish bad experience. Fyi

Sorry guys but I'm out of the city the only reason I pouts it's because I get the same fish with manny last Thursday and still a live I don't pretend start nothing but manny have great prices and really nice stuff. What if u get the same fish in the pet shop or ur local aquarium store probably they don't return nothing sorry for ur lost.
He was in the bag for maybe a couple hours tops. But had him in a cooler and I had ac on in the car. Water never got hot or anything. Fish seemed fine after acclimation. But in the am he was not. Sucks fish was a beautiful fish.
But anyways all is said an done Manny has turned the situation around. I'm thankful for it. I realize he did not have to but has chosen to and that is what makes a great guy.

Not bashing you but what you expected was not very reasonable so you decide to put negative feedback/ "your experience" hoping people will take your side but kinda didn't work out huh??? But you won and got the $20 at the end of the day. I can almost promise you that Manny's sales will go up and won't be surprise if you may lose a few.
Anyways I'm not an expert in fish but I know from experience that when you introduce sensitive wrasse to your system you do not put them in an acclimation box. They are very stress when move and inside an acclimation box is like a duck in a pond with 12 hunters with shotguns. I usually let them in the fuge with all kinds of hiding spot, live food and lights out for 24 hours and after couple weeks I release them into the display in the middle of the night. Good Luck and hope you find another wrasse cuz they sure are pretty

I placed him in acclimation box when because I like my fish to get use to seeing him. He had a couple pieces of pvc in there with him to hide. If I where to put him in my fuge then straight into display with out the other first getting use to him he would have been a goner anyways. I have done this with most my smaller fish even a leopard wrasse with great success. So it's the method I use.
Oh and I did not expect people to be on my side. I could care less what a bunch of people I don't know are with me or not. If I was that way I would have said Manny is a dock he said this and that to try and make him seem like an ***. I never ones did that. I said the mistakes I made I just wanted to simply post my experience wich at the time I was unhappy with. Now it has been taken care of and I'm happy with the situation. Yeah I still lost some money. But got some back and that's awesome in my book.
