Use the calculator on the brs website. You enter your tank volume , your reading of your last test of mag, where you want to be with your magnesium, what product you use and it will tell you how much you need to dose to get it there.
You will be surprised how much you actually need to get it there. Might just have to dump the whole bottle inside. A couple caps a day will not get you to where you want to be

Review on Cadlight PLS Pipeless skimmer.
PROS:
1.Great skimmer pulls out a lot of gunk.
2.Easy to setup
3.Break in period was quick less then 2 days.
4.Solid built quality.
CONS:
1.Skimmer never turns back on automatically when I'm done doing my weekly water change. I would have to pull the skimmer out and bang the pump until it turns back on. Tedious right?
2.The skimmer holding brace to adjust the water height has only 1 screw which constantly become lose, so I have to manually adjust the height every now and then.
Final Verdict.
Great Skimmer. Maybe I have a defective skimmer 1 out of 100, I don't know. Yes, I would recommend it. I've own the 1st gen model and now the 2nd gen. Great improvement from the last. Definitely a great product.

Guys. It has been a while. While I was gone, I just got married and now I'm back. I dropped by Ellis aquatics on Wednesday and picked up some corals and good.
