Idk about to water but petco had/has designer clownfish for the low. Picked up a nice sized seareef Frostbite clownfish for $41. Total.

There are great selections of lights on the market today. I went with Kessil A9X because of the blend and spread along with the controllability of the units. I plan to have clownfish and easy coral, so one light is enough for this application.
