You might need to dip the rock in water container for few days for the glue smell gone before place it back in your tank. The smell of silicon or epoxy would kill fish constantly and corals closed big time if you have live stock in there. I learned this expensive lesson once, all my fishes...

I would use carbon and water change to remove the poison, Zoa will slowly open again when it feel comfortable with water quality. I did poison them once, they closed for more than 2 weeks and open again.

Don't know much about 67000K? But the 14K is good for them tp grow. You can do Actinic blue for the PC.
