FS: Magnificent Foxface, Hippo Tang ***Sold***

Not able to buy, but interested to know: how big was the foxface when you got it? How fast did it grow? Did you ever have bubble algae, and did it go to work on it? Thanks!

    quick interest survey: foxface/bristletooth

I'm not totally fussed about feching the same premium price, just thinking I'd probably want to get another small foxface to replace the one that outgrows the tank. I understand they are bar none for clearing out bubble algae, and I'm a bit tired of emerald crabs that do amazing work for a...

    quick interest survey: foxface/bristletooth

Planning out my 40L, and I want to add a small foxface and possibly tomini or yellow eye spot kole tang. Very small. I get all my fish from Dr. Reef (except original clowns that are 1.5yr with no signs of disease) and all but my two turbos (AquaSD) from ReefCleaners, so fairly sure of no...

GHA on underside of branching GSP

Edit: looks like that brGSP is anchored onto a big rock pretty well. That's not easy to remove is it? For in-tank treatment of GHA, I've had some luck with a baby bottle nipple stuck on the end of a pipette, which I lower into the tank without letting tank water into the nipple, then slowly...

GHA on underside of branching GSP

How old is your tank? What are your nitrates and phosphates like currently? For the meantime, shouldn't be a problem taking out the branching GSP and spraying with hydrogen peroxide in the affected areas. Give it a minute then back in the tank. The GSP will be angry for a bit, maybe a few days...

Anyone want a free mat of GSP?

I need to cut back my GSP which has gone off its rock and across the sand to the main rock. Will likely cut a 1" x 1-2" piece off. Anyone want it? Would be great to glue onto a new rock or wall if you want to cover a back wall. Pickup in Irvine near Spectrum. Thanks!

    Freerider

Noted. I like giving freebies and sweet deals to this community (and hope to do more now that things are growing and I'm upgrading). Sad to see this and sad that we need a list of people to avoid. Thanks for the notice!

    Moving tank

I moved my nano (yes, way different than a big tank) with the sand intact and water just at the sand level so everything stayed wet. Rocks and livestock in buckets and tuppers. Everything went back in and I added some Microbacter7 for good measure (and a few drops Seachem Prime just in case)...

    AutoAqua Smart AWC Duo

I can return this, I just have to pay shipping and I'll have to pay a 15% restocking fee if the item looks used or damaged. Something like that.

    AutoAqua Smart AWC Duo

Hi all, Just checking to see if anyone would like this. I just received it from SaltwaterAquarium.com ($307.99 before tax), but I changed plans before I could cancel the order--no longer want to set up an AWC, and it's unused. Would anyone like this for $300? Just trying to skip the hassle...

    Maxi Mini Help

This is an article regarding brown jelly disease for euphyllia. This may not be at all related to what's bothering anemones, or yours in particular, but it does give dosing information for in-tank treatment of a cipro-sensitive bacterium...

    Maxi Mini Help

Maybe ciprofloxacin. Can take it out and treat with cipro at higher dose or just treat entire tank--slightly better than anecdotal evidence that cipro doesn't mess with your nitrogen cycle bacteria (reference will have to wait, it's late).
