New in the box Neptune sale (controller, DOS, etc...)

Divorce sale. All items new in the box and never been used. Was saving it for a complete tank makeover but life got in the way. All prices compared to BRS Black Friday sale and marked down even more. Can’t get these for less anywhere else. Would like to sell everything vs piece it out...

Inferno BTAs and more - Divorce Sale!

Madatom, I appreciate the support. Unfortunately so much is in limbo that the only option is to liquidate. The extra money will come in handy.

Inferno BTAs and more - Divorce Sale!

It's time to liquidate my collection that has spanned over 10 years. Moving out of the house and can't take the tank with me. I have 3 Inferno's. They are clones. One has a variant color from the other 2. My Space Invader had an issue but it coming back nicely. It's a monster, size of a...

Thinking of upgrading to a SCAquariums 66...

I have had my 66 for 4 years. I like it. The stand that comes with it is okay. I should have built one. I like the sump. It fills the space in the stand. In hindsight, I would have gone smaller so that I had room for a chiller. The tank is well built. I would recommend it. I net about 54...

    Reef safe right?

They require a lot of food. I could only keep one for a few months. If it's underfeed, it will start to lose it's limbs. The feather-like strands will fall off first. They also like to move. Cover your circulation pumps. Good luck...

How do i remove this annoying algae.

The issue is clean water for changes and phosphates. Invest in a testing kit and you will find the phosphates are high. It would also be a good idea to test magnesium. Some reefers have recommended keeping a higher than recommended level to help with algae. I haven't had the need. I keep...

Anyone seen Poseidon's Feast (copepods) around? Need to fatten up a mandy

Aquarium City offers live brine. My mandarin loves them. They are larger in size than copepods so it's gives him a good fix....

New fish might be my favorite

I just lost mine. By far the coolest fish I have ever had. It was eating immediately. It never hide in the rocks (as they are prone to do). It would stare back at me when I went to the glass. Things were great for over a month and it developed an air bladder issue. I knew that this could...

    Rhinopias sighting

It's rare that you see one of these but Rainbow in Arleta has been selling them for the past several months. They keep them in the frag tank. If you are not looking for it, you will likely miss it. I have a weedy Rhino and it's one of the coolest fish around. I remember buying it and the...

WTB Return Pumps for 28g Nano

I changed out the factory returns for Rio's. Rio makes 400, 600, and 800 models. They are smaller and very reliable. Not to mention at most LFS's. Just a thought.
