In the 3rd pic, dinoflagellates and other 400x, are those smaller elongate pink things diatoms?

I've been battling what I think are dinoflagellates. I bought a UV sterilizer to knock them down. Also I have red and green hair algae. I dosed fluconazole 11 days ago, but no noticeable reduction in gha yet... Any advice is greatly appreciated. I can't remove the rocks and peroxide scrub them...

Free!!! I have a boatload of radioactive dragon eye zoas. The colony is growing over the sand and onto my glass. I will cut 10+ polyps for anyone interested. Trades are welcome, but not necessary. I'm in Simi Valley.
