I priced everything out last night for 15 LEDs and man it got pricey real quick. Probably gonna hold off on this unless the led fixture I just ordered can't cut it. This is was just an idea to supplement that fixture if needed.

^^ That definitely looks like a lot of light for a 8g. But I'm not much of a fan of the goose neck to a par bulb look though. I'm going for this on mine. If it's not enough I think I can easily add another strip or two under the heatsink...
