I used christy's red hot blue glue for the connections. Is this good enough or should I have used a primer too? I haven't tested the joints yet but if there's a leak how would I fix that? Just silicone the gap at the joint?

HD has 3/4" threaded barbed inserts but they look too cheap to put trust in. Especially at the point where the return line attaches to the bulkhead. It flexes if I squeeze it. Do I need to make the connection at the bulkhead and standpipe water tight? They were just slipped into the bulkheads...

Jan was out of the 1" SLIP x SLIP. I called CK Fish World in Covina and they had a few but didn't have any threaded 3/4" barbed inserts. I will check with PTF during lunch since I work only about 10 mins from there.

I had full tank shots but there was a canopy so I couldn't tell either. But it turned out to be eurobraced. I'm almost certain front is low-iron but not sure about 2 sides.

That's the problem. I don't have a pic of the top so gotta judge by bottom. I know there are rimless tanks with a bottom trim but every tank I've seen without a bottom trim is either rimless or eurobraced. This looks to have no bottom trim.

If not rimless at least eurobraced?

Dipped my last batch of new frags about a week ago with this stuff. The instructions call for 1.5ml to every oz of water. I used a little less just to be on the safe side. Using 2 cups of SW I used just a tad under 1oz. I could not see the frags at all in the solution. I dipped for 15mins, swish...

After 2 months this guy is still as skittish as the day I got him. Everytime I go up to the tank or he sees any movement he dashes into the rocks. He wouldn't come out for a week when I started clipping nori for him cause it kept flapping with the current. He now knows and isn't scared of it...
