Just got off the phone with JBJ, if it is in fact the compressor, it cannot be repaired. They will not replace the compressor either. I have a cousin who works in hvac. I will have him look at it and see if it's the compressor. If he deems that it's not the compressor, I will take it to JBJ...

The light comes one and flashes. This is simply by plugging it in and turning the temp down to 67 deg. room temp is 71.8. First thing I noticed was the green light flashing.

Jose, its a JBJ Arctica. Just as a FYI, no compressor, display comes on. Its not the fuse, if you remove the fuse, the display doesn't come on. Sounds like it might be the compressor.
