I have a new 24 gallon aquapod and just got my 1 10 chiller. I have metal hylides with a 14k bulb on it, what degree should i set my chiller to?

i called them one time to find out the prices for a sump system and they told me to email them the details, after emailing them they emailed me back and told me to call the store. they are extremely unorganized.
