I really prefer shops that write their prices on the glass. The whole, "I decide what the price is today" thing is pretty bogus. If I received that treatment, I think I would find a new shop.

How much for the aquaclear?

That should be fine. It might create a wake at the top, so you might need to keep your water level down a little. You might also need to position it to prevent a sandstorm, but it surely isn't too much flow for the tank. I run an AC50 and a MP10 on my 7g.

IMO, the aquaclears are the best HOB's. You can do so much with them. You can go with an AC50 or and AC70 for your 15g. I run AC's on both of my nanos. I just use the stock sponge and pura pads.

Cant see it, lol. FYI, if it retracts into a hole, you can always super glue the hole shut. It has worked for me in the past.

Everyone who collects zoas should read that article that louie posted. Eventually, someone is going to get messed up bad, then the mainstream media will find out about it, then the government is going to step in and try to ban zoas.

I can't imagine that they look anything close to that under "normal" lighting. Could also be photoshop.
