yea i adjusted it all still go too crazy. if i raise the pipe up will it lessen the flow or create more flow? could it be the vinegar still in the skimmer? also i havent had a skimmer in the tank for about 4 months now.

so i just bought a skimmer. its the top fathom 110a i believe i just bought a 500 gph pump i didnt trust the skimmer being too clean so i soaked it with water and vinegar together for about 24 hr and i washed everything out today everything is all up and no matter how i adjust the water flow...
