I second the meds question, but two other foods I would try would be NLS Thera A pellets and Marine Fish Formula, and LRS Reef Frenzy. I have had great luck with both those foods. Kept a Powder Blue Tang and a Regal Angel on both that did great

I don't have personal experience with either of these two angels, but I've had a good amount of others (regal, flame, potters, coral beauty). All angels are born female, so if you were to buy them both small, then whoever is dominant will most likely turn male after a while (if not both).
