Lol. Some of the posts are good. I say #1 for me is research and 2nd work with you lifestyle. Make sure you dont move around a lot like getting a 150 gallon, dont get in to debt, do what feels right.
#1 advice - buy the tank you can afford to equip and run. The tank is the cheapest part of the whole hobby. Don't buy a big tank that you can't afford to light, or run adequate water flow, or run a large enough protein skimmer on, etc.
