Wow.. Your angels know the difference in four inches? You should have them talk to my wife..

Very large clams have a much thicker mantle so the risk of it being munch on is less than a smaller clams. I feed my fish frozen clams once in a while as a treat. Given its still large its not large enough for it to stay open all the time like a much larger clams would. Its a great price too.
