Okay so I'm in the process of setting up my 12g long tank.
It's an awesome tank because of the dimensions: 36"x8"x9"
Here's a pic

Now, to make this thing work out how I want, I was wondering if running a 30-45 gallon sump/refugium/frag tank is complete overkill or even possible.

Equipment I have this far:
Ocreef Par38 bulbsx3
Mp10
24" t5HO (just have it, probably not going to use it)

Equipment I want:
-tunzee 9002 skimmer
-sump
-overflow
-led fuge light
-return pumps
-plumbing
-stand
-live rock
- live sand
-algae scrubber or w/e it's called

PLEASE, help me out with this build with advice or selling equipment. My little clown Hercules, his anemone, and myself would be so greatful.
Thanks!

I have a CPR sump/fuge that would be perfect. I was going to use it for the same Mr aqua tank. I also have dry rock. Pm me your number and I can text you pics.

I think a sump would be great to maintain the asthetically simple look of the tank. You don't want all that equipment sitting in the tank like an eye sore. For the cleanest look, you'd probably have to drill it.

In trying to sell my mp10 to pay for a new laptop so idk how long this build will take to get started now. :/

I wanted to have it done by feb, but ehh... Not sure how that'll happen.
