I can tell you have quite a bit of cyano bacteria and hair algae from the looks of those pictures most likely due to high nitrates and phosphates caused by your large bioload and lack of sufficient filtration. Its just going to get worse for you.
Also be aware that the green goniopora (flower pot) often times die in captivity as they are difficult to feed. Do a search for Justin Credible... he did a nice presentation for SCRK on the care and success of keeping those flower pot corals. In the average aquarium, they usually live about a year or two only.
Just catch a fish or two at a time, but you definitely need to get rid of a couple thats for sure. Good luck.
