3 years ago we picked up a good deal on a nice solar panel system. We planned on putting it on our garage. The system has sat in our garage, plans put off by kids and more pressing projects for the house.
This year, we need to pay down debts and get on the right track. We are willing to let this system go for a huge sacrifice on the initial costs.
The system includes:
(40) 68 watt panels for a total of 2720 watts with all hardware, wiring, mounting hardware etc.
Xantrex GT3.0 Inverter (has serial connection for computer monitoring and tracking!)
We were planning on getting the rebate from CA when it was installed. We applied for the rebate reservation at the time and expected to get about $5k back. We paid over $12k for the system shipped.
We are asking $8k for the whole This is before any incentives you get from the feds, state etc.

Up Front Terms:
Price is for system only, no installation included. I am not an installer, just a private party do it yourselfer.
Payment in the form of a bank certified check or wire transfer. All documentation, hardware and wiring included. Other hardware, lumber, sealant etc will depend on installation which is not included. You are also responsible for building permits etc.
The box of panels is HEAVY. Expect to rent a truck with a lift gate and a pallet jack to move the crate.
BTW: Solar panel systems are great for increasing your home's value, but will not incur a reassessment by the County like other home improvements!!!
