210 gallon reef tank setup with broken sump

My client decided to buy a 210 all-in-one FW aquarium from China. I currently service his 10-gallon FW tank every 2 weeks. The stand and sump arrived broken, so I am now looking for a sump, skimmer, and return pump to get his reef tank going. The sump itself has a hose coming out the bottom of the tank, which I have never seen on a sump.
I added a piece of plywood to the back of the tank stand and will add about 8 1x3's to the inside of the stand for extra support since one of the bars bent a little.

There are two holes inside the overflow box and another hole inside the display tank. That's another first for me.

Have any of you encountered a tank like this?

Tell him it’s trash, and he’s going to have to order something from you locally.
I think some members on here have a supplier for Aqua Japan in the SoCal area. Might be worth a try.

I disassembled the sump, and bought a new one from Rainbow aquarium and pond in Pacoima. I am picking up a Bubble magus d8 skimmer tonight. If anyone has a return pump for sale, hit me up to my cell. I am in the SFV.

That stand looks like the same as an IM. You can just order a replacement piece from them.

The aquarium is FINALLY COMPLETE. I’m adding the bacteria and fish today. My client still needs to get some lights.
