I wonder what the bioload capacity is for those kind of rocks? Less than more porous rocks? They look really cool in there.
I do believe it is efficient enough, more surface area for bacteria to grow. The rock also in my sump for sometime which cover with sponge and creatures.
Didnt think of that. My qualifter is only a few inches above my sump and ato reservoir, and the water just dribbles out. Might not be enough for your application. I have a rio 180 that i drop into a jug when im mixing small amounts of sw, so i know it fits. -iain
I think I go with one of reefer's recommendation ( use old salt bucket and drill the hole on the lid, and maxi jet 1200.
Thanks bro. Long time no see
I like the rock work very cool looking
thanks

I think you'd be better off with that pump than a aqualifter. Right now, I have an aqualifter on my nano and it has a hard time pump 3ft up. But if you're going to use a bucket pretty maybe a maxijet would be better?

I go with bucket and maxi jet 1200, maybe some kalkwasser.

Flame Angel went to good home. He deserve better house than this one.

Here is the list

Pair of Picasso Clownfish
Royal Gramma
Azure Damsel
I love Candy Basslet but can't afford the high price tag, so I go with Swales Swissguard Basslet.

Will get LED light for this tank this weekend.
