Roe is reef nutrition roe eggs. I feed that to all my fish once a day. I'm kinda close to Ellis. Maybe 20 mins. He's off the 91 and Wilmington. I'm off 91 and Lakewood.

I've never heard of that, will have to look into it. and I'll let you know if I decide to go for one of your wrasses. I still don't have a cover on my tank though so not sure if I want to risk it yet. My last 2 wrasses jumped
