There's several ways but the easiest is to drill a 1/4" hole in the return line just under the water line. So when the return turns off and the water starts to go down the line will draw air into it. Causing it to break the siphon.

Only problem is the hole would be in my overflow would that be ok?

That should be okay, but I have heard about using two holes just in case one gets clogged for some reason. Plus it might speed up bringing air into the lines to break the siphon.

Do u returns run up and over the overflow box or r there bulkheads in the sides of the overflow box where the return come out?

Then yes. Just put the hole where u won't get water splashing out of the tank.

I was thinking of adding lock Line on to raise the return higher and have the hole on that. Is that a good idea?

On the second page of this post there is a picture of the returns. I'm thinking maybe I should just plug them up and bring 2 new returns into the tank that way one it is higher and I can drill a hole in the lines.

No need to drill holes in the locline if you bring it up higher. Just aim the locline so it's right at the water line.

So I didn't like how each of my lights had a different hanger and I didn't want to put 6 hooks in the ceiling so I made a rail for them I think it turned out good just deciding if I should keep them at this length or lower them another link.

I rescued this fish and kept her in my qt until the tank was full cycled she was the first fish in. Tang #1
