To start off I haven't got the tank yet hopefully picking it up this fri. Im moving and thought it would be a good time to upgrade. The tank is going to be a cadlights 50 gallon cube with stand sump skimmer and light bar. This will be my first sumped tank so its gonna be a learning process. Things I have already purchased are a reef breeder nuvo a4 led light new testing supplies hanna alk and phos as well as salifert cal and mag. things im looking into purchasing tunze ato , mp10 , new live rock , sand and chiller for now also would like to get a controller so opinions on that as well. This tank is going to be all lps with my nem and clowns. Which will be transferred from my current tank. also I would like some opinions on if it will be ok for me to put the tank on the second floor cause I want to put it in my room but don't want to mess up my buddies house. the only thing Im worried about is losing corals and fish in the transfer. I was thinking about getting the new tank running with the new rock and sand in the display and a couple pieces of rock from my current tank in the sump letting it run for a week or two then doing the transfer any tips are welcome. O and I need to learn how to upload pics haha.

New tank looks nice! What size was your old one? If you use most of your old water and rocks you should be fine. Does your mandarin eat frozen?

Hmm.. Does he host in anything aside from Nem? They can get stings from torches hammers etc.. Mine had black freckles till he learned that only a Nem is a Nem! ;)
