Depends on what lights u ran before. I went from 4 65w t5s ( and 2 Truelumen pro blue led strips) and started at 15w and 20b .. Then upped it 5 % a week from there to where I'm at topped off now 50w / 70b, if that helps

I also went from 9 hour photo period before.. To ramping up 3 hrs , full on for 4 hrs, and ramp down for 3..
