so i was gone all day yesturday and when i came home my whole tank and algea on it! i've never been this happy about algea! but ya all params are still in check.

ok so i got a question:
i want to know what you guys think i should do.

do you think i should get a CA reactor/Phos reactor/kalk mixer? or what would you recomend doing?
(i've looking into those dosing pumps but there a little expensive)

Dude I am in the same boat... I have been manually dosing for about 6 months and with this new tank I have finally at the point where a calc reactor would be worth it... I just got a nice purple cap and I am looking at some acros, so a calc reactor would be a logical addition... However, like you said they are just so **** expensive... I mean you are looking at like 400 for the reactor, then another 200 for the CO2 and regulator... I might break down and buy one, but antiant on here has one for 355... Let me know what you decide...

so my parents have kinda forced me to start moving my coral from my nano to this tank.
fortunatly i was able to hold them off long enough for my cycle to complete.

everything is in check:

temp-79 at night 82 during the day

ok so i went to aim1 today and got some great stuff!!!
1st i got: a NICE SPS

it's super bright! no photoshop here! lol
2nd i got: A CHEVRON TANG!!!

hard to take a good picture of it cause it's so fast lol
