I’m not an engineer, but it looks like this tank isn’t braced properly. No standard braces and no euro brace, there’s a small splash guard only apparently. Hmmm. I love the dimensions, it’s actually what I’m looking for at the moment, but the lack of bracing makes me nervous.
Who was the manufacturer? Is there a legit explanation for no bracing here?

It’s braced properly for sure been running for a few years no problem , rank is made by deep sea aquatics in Texas the black border on top is the top brace and bottom section also has a brace

First off, it’s not a 225, that would be 4” taller.

It’s a bit shallower than a 22 5 which reduces load on the joints tremendously.

My biggest concern is just how long it’s been out in the sun, years is a problem. Weeks or months not so much.

With athat stand, I wouldn’t worry about the tank looks like a bunch of 2” square tube.

Great price.

Keep it protected from the sun, the weather will destroy the silicone. I might even store it with some watter in it until it sells. A $10 harbor freight tarp + some water will keep it from becoming damaged until someone jumps on this deal.

Honestly, this is a smoking deal. The stand is worth well over your asking price. What are the dimensions on the metal members?

I have my own 225 low E tank on metal stand or I would be all over this deal.

Do you know how old it is?

Asking for a friend.

Not sure on the age tank is a few years old but no leaks and I actually went to harbor freight and got it covered and thanks for the tip I should fill the tank up maybe halfway to make sure the seals don’t dry up

Ask your friend to come check it out will even do trades just to get it out of the sun.

Take a good close up picture of the trim. I'm curious if it's like the plastic trim alot of manufactures use. It doesn't really look like it in your top angel pictures, but in the first picture showing the tank straight on it does look like it.
