I am a little bored as I sit on my patio waiting for our hardwood floors to be finished. So, i thought posting some of my reef photography would be fun.

Thanks everyone! I changed setups in te middle of these photos..... They were all shot with a Canon T1i body......half of them used the stock 18-55mm lens that comes with the camera and a set of cheap macro filters stacked together that I bought of amazon. I enjoyed photography so much (which I now do semi-professionally) that I decided to up my game some.....I traded corals and some cash to buy a Canon 100mm macro for the other half..... All photos were shot on a tripod with a remote shutter button to minimize distortion.

Yea, I really like it - because I also do event photography so it works great for gourmet food shots etc as well... I was lucky to get it by partial trade from another Premier Reef member.
