I found some pictures on my cell phone of some of my frags (SPS and LPS) from September 2011 and so I took some new photos today to observe the progression. Although I thought I had started repopulating my tank earlier, it seems that it was September to November of 2011 that I did the majority of "planting" my reef.

The PPE chalice/favia is at the very bottom of the photo. It is a browned out LPS, kind of unusual, don't you think.

And a year later:

This is a tiny citr red dragon frag and a decent size purple monster frag from September 2011

here is the purple monster colony today encrusting on the rock to the right as well as branching extensively

I have moved the cite red dragon from its original spot in 2011 to a lower spot in the tank, this is it today:

My purple polyp nasuta and scc planet earth from September 2011:

And today (please note the scc planet earth extends quite a bit to the right, it kind of looks like that is another colony but its scc planet earth)

There are four frags to note: Jayda Mindtrick Monti, Tyree Lime in the sky, ORA Pearlberry and rommel's watermelon millie. Check out the disk/rock that the Jayda frag is on, that rock is about 5 to 6 inches in diameter

And here is todays photo and note the Jayda Mindtrick monti covers the entire rock/disk.

Check out these two chalices from September 2011:

And now look at the growth (there are two mummy eyes on the bottom because when I removed the chalice from its plug, I tore it and ended up with two smaller frags that I glued back down.

Good reminder to take pics when you first place your coral. Looking at the tank daily you don't really notice the growth.
