About to throw out my apex....

I have never been able to get it to work correctly since I got it at christmas. It's just been sitting in my stand. So today I go to update firmware and give it a try again and now the controller isn't working. The computer won't connect to update.... I'm over this pos. Back in the box it goes to collect dust.

+1 to goober. But, mine didn't work correctly until I had it and left it hard wired in. So long Ethernet cable for me. Pm'd apex and guess what they told me.........wait for it..........they told me to hardwire it.

I will say though neptunes instructions suck ***. There's the quick setup which is cool but where's the detailed how everything works book, plus the fusion how to? It's easy for someone who knows the unit to do it but coming from a expert to newbie a lot gets lost in translation and it's hard to explain to a newb. I went through it.

Nah hard to frag without cutting tissue and that's how you melt them so trying to keep 3 rather than one lol if I can I'll let you know tho.

Throw your apex here for $100...

Mine just woke me up this morning with sound and text alarm non stop. It detected water in the sump area and I almost had a heart attack at 4am. Turns out that my container for kalk had a hairline crack when I refilled it today.
