GRC says all ports are blocked except 80, 21, 23

And earthlink says everything is open.

They do not block ports.

I suggested they send someone out here witha computer, and test the line, and if it is on my side, I will p;ay, and if it is on thier side, they fix it....

Seems simple enough, so we will see.

okay. I got to reset the http port on teh aciii. Not sure how it got screwed up, but I had to scroll down through 65000 ports to get back to port 80.

befor, I was able to see the aciii through the aquanote program but not through the web browser.

Now, i can enter the address in IE explorer and get to the index page...

Also, while I was trying to reset the port thing, I thought I could do it easier if I just did the factory rest thing, but it did not work fo r that, but I had to re input all the other settings, including the email settings. Now that works too....

Hey, two down two to go....

Sounds like the router is setup to block the ports. What brand router and model number do you have?
