Are these corals dying?

The acan in the middle of the picture (not the bottom one)

this toadstool which hasn't extended it's polyps in a few days

this devil's hand which has slowly shrunk and doesn't extend either.

this is a healthy acan i'm guessing.

i haven't really changed anything in the tank for awhile and haven't added much lately. i did add a small 2-3 eyed chalice like 3 weeks ago, but it's on the other side of my 28 gallon tank. the zoas around the chalice are doing ok.

any ideas?

yea i realize i have a ton of GHA and it seems to be blooming recently... i've tried trochus, turbo, cerith, nerite... doesn't seem to help. i'm running a little GFO in a bag, but I need to get a reactor.

i'll check nitrates soon, but how do you check phosphates? i have a hanna checker and it read 0.16 at one time, i'm not sure right now what it is. i was going to do a water change tonight.

Toadstools she'd when they grow it could be doing that.
As for the acans maybe a coral touched and irritated them. Changing your carbon to would be a good idea assuming your using some. Lether corals release a toxin of some sort and carbon will help remove it.

sorry for the really delayed response, it's been busy. i ended up doing a 30% water change, plucked out all the algae around the acans and so far everything looks ok! i do have carbon and gfo running in bags. i need to setup the reactor.

i appreciate the feedback from everyone. i'm going to do some more 30% changes once per week for awhile to try and see if i can get things back in order based on everyone's feedback.

Thanks again!
