Adhesive removal on acrylic sump

Does anyone know how to remove the sticky adhesive residue on acrylic sump? I'm trying to remove the protective sticker on the bottom of my sump but it's leaving the adhesive residue. I've trie water and. Vinegar but no success. Anyone done this before with Success? Please advise.

I used goof off before with no hazing.

Thanks for the suggestion I'm going to try some products tomorrow.

You can also use acetone the nail polish remover stuff. it works as well.

So I did some research and apparently peanut butter can get the job done. So why not try it. It know for sure it won't harm the acrylic.
